Here we will use some fun activities to get us thinking differently about our product or service

 

Mission statement:

Why are we here? What are we trying to do?

Put our mission into one sentence.

 

The Dreams

Brainstorm 3 to 10 dreams we need to do to fulfill our mission statement.

 

The Goals

List 3 to 10 goals we need to accomplish to fulfill the dreams.

1. Break down the goals as much as needed, action steps, tasks, objectives …

   The goal here is to find a starting point. A step small enough that we can begin.

2. Find the person who will champion each dream.

 

Nothing happens on paper. Someone has got to step up and say "I’ll make this happen".
